#MasonFirmAlert: Eldonie Approved as a FINRA Arbitrator

(March 9, 2017) – Eldonie S. Mason, Esq. Founding Member of Mason Firm, LLC has been approved to join the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) roster of neutrals as a Public Arbitrator.
Eldonie has served as an arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, Small Claims Part since 2013 and as an arbitrator American Arbitration Association (AAA) since 2014.
FINRA is an “independent, not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors by making sure the broker-dealer industry operates fairly and honestly.” Further, “FINRA operates the largest securities dispute resolution forum in the United States, and has extensive experience in providing a fair, efficient and effective venue to handle a securities-related dispute. The resolution of problems and disputes is accomplished through two non-judicial proceedings: arbitration and mediation.”
