Eldonie, a native of the Caribbean island of Antigua, is an experienced entertainment, business and fashion attorney and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, Commercial Panel handling entertainment disputes. She graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice in NY, NJ and FL.
She positions clients for long term success by helping them to delineate their goals, seize opportunities that come their way, manage their legal risks, protect their rights and interests and anticipate situations or activities that may negatively affect their careers and their bottom line.
Eldonie does this by providing personalized legal services with diligence, perseverance and dedication! She strives to see beyond the obvious and look for creative ways to solve problems. Sometimes what’s on the surface belies a greater legal theory beneath.
She endeavors to make clients feel at ease during the entire representation. If there is ever a time you need reassurance she is only a call or email away.
Also, Eldonie has successfully brokered and obtained international fashion deal for her independent designer client and have won settlements on copyright infringement matters.
