What To Expect From Each Session?

Entertainment Business Strategy Session – Has someone infringed your copyright? Are you trying to broker a deal or being offered a deal? Do you want to make sure your rights and interests are protected or do you have any other entertainment law related issue? This strategy session is tailored specifically to the business of entertainment to provide you with solutions to your pressing needs. Each session lasts 1 hour and during this time we will discover your problems and give you guidance on the best path forward. You will be asked to fill out a Entertainment Strategy Session Questionnaire before your session so we know will know your level of experience in the business and the questions you would like to have answered. This way we can get started finding solutions right away.

Fashion Business Strategy Session – Want to protect your brand identity i.e trademark? Do you need contract with your suppliers and vendors? Do you need guidance on complying with FTC regulations? Are you brokering deals and want to make sure you are protected or you have a fashion law issue? This session lasts for 1 hour and is designed to bring you clarity and offer you solutions. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before your session so can tell us what questions you have and what is bothering you at night so much that it led you to our office.

Business Strategy Session – Do you need help protecting your trademark? Are you negotiating a deal and need guidance? Do need contract with your vendors? An employee handbook? Privacy policies for your website? Review of your marketing and advertising or some other business issue? This session lasts for 1 hour and is designed to bring you clarity and offer you solutions. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before your session so can tell us what questions you have and what is bothering you at night so much that it led you to our office.

Start-Up Strategy Session – You are an entrepreneur and want to start a business. You went online and was bombarded by all of the DIY sites but you did not comfortable. What if you did something wrong? How can I be sure that I am forming the right entity? If you are planning on being a multi-million-dollar company the DIY site is not for you. Instead, you need strategic guidance that looks at where you are and where you want to go. It looks at where you see your company in the next few years so we can structure and form an entity that matches your goals and vision. The session lasts 1 hour and you will get a questionnaire before hand so you can tell us about your vision.

Life & Legacy Planning Session – The purpose of this session is to get you more financially organized than you have ever been before and ensure none of your assets end up in the State Department of Unclaimed Property (there’s over $6.3 billion there right now because often family members can’t find assets when someone dies or becomes incapacitated). It also looks at your family dynamics and assets and educates you on the law so that you can choose the planning that’s right for you and the people you love. You even get to choose from a range of flat fees based on the planning that you want.
