Our Founder

Empowering families, entrepreneurs, and creatives to protect what matters most

Meet Our Founder

Eldonie S. Mason, Esq., empowers families and innovators to build, protect, and preserve their legacies with clarity and confidence.

Born in Antigua and driven by purpose, Eldonie built Mason Firm on a simple belief: law should empower, not overwhelm. With over 20 years of legal experience spanning estate planning, business, dispute resolution and entertainment, Eldonie helps families, entrepreneurs, and creatives protect what they’ve built and plan what comes next—with clarity, strategy, and precision.

Her approach is proactive and personal: educate first, then design bespoke solutions. From safeguarding intellectual property and negotiating complex agreements to creating future-proof estate plans for parents of minor children, Eldonie partners with clients to make informed, confident decisions that stand the test of time.

Eldonie began her career as a litigation associate in Florida handling civil and contract matters. She also serves as an arbitrator in NYC Civil Court (Small Claims Part) and previously served on FINRA and the AAA Commercial Panel—perspectives that sharpen her risk analysis and resolution strategy.

An educator and creator, Eldonie taught Music Publishing, Licensing & Copyright at York College of Pennsylvania and founded Predestined Media, LLC, home of the children’s book The Adventures of Princess Anyah of Antibarba: The Fishing Expedition.

Fun fact: Eldonie loves to cook and even auditioned for Bobby Flay’s Best Home Cooks in America and 24 Hour Restaurant Battle. That same creativity and discipline show up in her law practice—measured, meticulous, and always focused on excellence.

Core values: Clarity. Care. Excellence.

Mission: Protect today. Position for tomorrow.
